Swedish Massage

Swedish massage involves soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, on topmost layers of muscles. This is also combined with movement of the joints. By relieving muscle tension, Swedish therapy can be both relaxing and energizing.

Deep-Tissue Massage

60 minutes $80 • 90 minutes $95 • 120 minutes $115

Deep-tissue massage uses slow, deliberate strokes that focus pressure on layers of muscles, tendons, or other tissues deep under your skin. Though less rhythmic than other types of massage, deep tissue massage can help relieve chronic patterns of tension and help with muscle injuries. 

Sports Massage

60 minutes $80 • 90 minutes $95 • 120 minutes $115

Sports massage focuses on muscle systems used for a particular sport, and uses a variety of approaches to help athletes in training before, during, or after sports events. It promotes flexibility and helps to prevent injuries and can help muscle strains, aiding healing after a sports injury.

 

Reflexology Massage

30 minutes $45 •Add-on to any massage $25

Reflexology is a foot massage that focuses on areas of the foot that correspond to organs and systems of the body. Pressure applied to the foot is believed to bring relaxation and healing to the corresponding area. Reflexology may reduce pain stress and also may enhance relaxation and sleep.

 

Chair Massage

30 minutes $30 • 90 MINUTES $60

Chair massages are done while you're seated fully clothed in a portable, specially designed chair. The focus is on the neck, shoulders, back, arms, and hands.

Selena Adamek, Massage Therapist

Florida born, Georgia raised; Selena grew up on the beaches and in the mountains. Nature is her best friend and she spends as much time as possible enjoying it. Ever since she was a small child, her gentle nature and compassion made her a natural caretaker for all creatures great and small. From an early age, Selena was drawn to massage. After high school, she focused her energies on becoming a massage therapist. Studying at Gwinnett College of Massage, Selena honed her craft and became state board certified. Clients rave about her strong hands and healing energy.
